TERIS Recognized As Clearwell Systems Gold Certified Partner

Company Receives Highest Level Granted to Clearwell Systems E-Discovery Service Provider Partners

Seattle, WA (PRWEB) October 5, 2010

TERIS, a full-service litigation support provider, today announced it has become a Gold Certified Partner of Clearwell Systems, Inc., a leader in intelligent e-discovery. This status enables TERIS to provide the Clearwell E-Discovery Platform to clients on a hosted basis and leverage the product for processing, analysis, review and production of electronically stored information for client cases.

“We are honored to have reached Gold Certified Partner status with Clearwell as we have worked with the company for a long time to offer our clients lower costs and reduced time for eDiscovery,” said Mark Prewitt, Director of IT at TERIS. “With Clearwell, we are able to gain a significant competitive advantage by going beyond processing and production to provide clients with early case assessment capabilities, advanced analytics and review.”

“As a litigation paralegal I have high volume document intensive cases,” said Karen Forsberg, Senior Litigation Paralegal at Daniel Harrigan Leyh & Tollefson, LLP. “To handle this, I use Clearwell for its intuitive interface, rapid processing, and robust early case assessment capabilities. TERIS has provided me with the Clearwell solution with great results. I am pleased that TERIS has achieved Gold status, which is not a surprise as TERIS has always provided a high level of service and support to their clients.”

As a Clearwell Systems Gold Certified Partner, TERIS has met a rigorous set of requirements and proven the expertise needed to help implement technologies that match their customers’ needs. Partners of this status work closely with Clearwell for technical and marketing resources, training and support.

Working as a partner with Clearwell, TERIS has transformed the way its clients perform legal discovery and forensic investigations, in particular analysis and review of case data. TERIS was recently one of the first service providers to offer Clearwell v5.5 with the ability to process 1 terabyte (TB) of data per day and scale to 100 million documents on a single appliance.

“We value TERIS as a trusted partner and reliable provider of litigation support services,” said Steve Rapp, director of worldwide channel for Clearwell Systems. “Gold Partner status is the highest level in the Clearwell Systems Partner Program and recognizes vendors who have demonstrated specialized knowledge of e-discovery and are committed to streamlining expensive phases of the overall process with Clearwell Systems.”
