Supermodel of the 80s Nastasia Urbano shot to fame as the face of the iconic YSL Opium Fragrance and made a number of magazine features and appeared in many fashion campaigns including Revlon. She also was a Vogue cover star and the Spanish top model even dated US actor David Keith. Her work was prominent in the 80s and the supermodel joined the likes of Linda Evangelista, earning a million dollars per year for just 20 days of work.
Falling from glory, Nastasia, 57, is now homeless and lives on the streets of Barcelona. She sleeps in bank foyers and at friends' houses when she can, and talks about the time of her stardom. The beautiful former model had a lavish lifestyle that many yearn for, and she was signed by Fords Model Agency when she moved to New York.
Nastasia has enjoyed fame and popularity on both sides of the Atlantic and was loved by everyone in the industry. The model says that she has wined and dined with the most important people in the industry including Jack Nicholson and Roman Polanski among others, and was even invited to Madonna's wedding to Sean Penn.
The former model says that she fell from glory when she met the man who became her husband and father of her children, and he literally left her with nothing. Nastasia funded their grand lifestyle, and he eventually left her with 'nothing but clothes on her back'. She now says that she is tired of trying to survive and asking for money from friends and she just wants to recover and let her children see her be healthy again.
